This group provides parents, regardless of their situation, with education and support through group
discussions and facilitated forums, including:

- Developmental stages of adolescents
- Mental health issues
- Ways to communicate more effectively with your teen
The Parent Support Group is a safe place for any parent to talk about their struggles with their teen,
get validation, and learn what they can do to have a positive impact in the lives of their teen.
