<< Back to Team

With a Master’s degree in Special Education and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Kelsey has built a career around supporting students with diverse needs. She began working in public schools as a special education teacher before transitioning into her current role as a BCBA, where she continues to collaborate with teams to create positive, effective learning environments.

Throughout her career, Kelsey has been deeply impacted by each student she’s worked with, viewing every interaction as an opportunity to learn and grow both personally and professionally. She believes that every child has something to teach us and prioritizes building meaningful connections. Kelsey works to truly understand what each student is communicating, whether through words, behaviors, or actions. Individualizing support to meet the unique needs of every learner is at the heart of her approach

Outside of work, Kelsey stays busy with her husband, their three kids, and the family dog. She enjoys spending time with friends, family and being outdoors, whether it's running, swimming, hiking in the mountains, or spending time at the beach.
