"I want every teen who walks through our doors to feel like they matter, that someone is in their corner, and that even the smallest steps forward can lead to something great."

Sana joined Seacoast Youth Services in 2025 as a Therapist in the Therapeutic Day Treatment and Intensive Outpatient Programs. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of New Hampshire. Her experience as a volunteer basketball and football coach deepened her passion for helping youth see their strengths while motivating them for change. Sana brings a grounded, relationship-based style to her clinical work, blending elements of REBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy to help teens navigate their emotions, build insight, and take meaningful steps forward in their lives. As a first-generation South Asian-American, Sana values cultural humility and advocacy, and she works closely with families, schools, and systems to make sure teens and families feel seen and supported.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and staying active.
